You’ve done the work to prepare for labor and birth - but have you considered setting the scene for a nurtured, nourished, cosy and joyful postpartum? This class is a gentle guide to all things newborn and new parent. It allows space to consider and plan for a truly rewarding first 3 months post birth. We will work together to put systems in place so you feel supported and held as you learn your new baby and your body heals and strengthens.

This class is taught over 3 sessions of 2 hours each. I recommend that this class is taken anywhere from 28-36 weeks of pregnancy, and that both the birthing person and the birth partner can attend. Please let me know a range of dates and times that suit you.
My classes include PDF books for you to keep, interactive tools and worksheets. I use a dynamic teaching style that is designed to make all the information stick in your brain, while having fun doing it.
